What is the difference between the LS2 Youth Composite and the LS2 Youth Polycarbonate?

They also come equipped with a chromoly steel face mask and offer adjustability and customization options. However, the LS2 COMPOSITE helmet is approximately two ounces lighter than the polycarbonate model. This weight variance is due to the Polycarbonate helmet's use of more traditional materials, making it a more affordable option for athletes while still providing optimal protection.
Can I request a custom color for my helmet?
Yes, we offer custom color options for our helmets!
Although we use the standardized sportcoat system, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee an exact match without a paint sample.
If you have a specific color in mind, we can send you a paint match form to include with the sample. Please ensure to note the order number on the form for reference.
If you do not have a paint sample, you can still request a custom color. In this case, we ask that you confirm via email that you authorize us to produce the custom color without a sample.
